Once we receive your order, we will process it as quickly as possible, and it must be completed within 1-3 working days.
There is free standard shipping on all items and no sale tax on any delivery in the USA.
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the same business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Normal shipping time is 3~7 working days by FedEx/UPS. But due to the COVID-19 and curfew, some orders will be delayed up to 2-3 weeks by FedEx & UPS and the update of FedEx/UPS online tracking information will also be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and are doing everything in our power to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Our products are shipped directly from our US warehouses and shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place: Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website. You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your Elecwish account and password to get a summary of past orders by visiting our Track Your Order’ Page for detailed steps of order tracking.
Returns for most item(s) may be initiated within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse. You can contact customer service by email. Then we will give you the return label after confirmation. After you print and paste it on the package, wait for the Courier to pick it up and ship it.
We will issue your refund within 7 working days once we receive the item.

There is no restocking fee, and there is no return shipping cost for eligible returns.
You may initiate a return of a defective item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
